Please note that our Total Shipping Time = Order Process Time + Tailor Time + Shipping Time.

Shipping Area and Cost
We exclusively ship within the United States and offer free shipping on all orders to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Delivery Times

Order Processing: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Time: 4-6 business days.
Total Delivery Time: 5-8 business days from order placement.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Track Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please request changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be made once your order has shipped.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours if it has not yet shipped. For orders already in transit, our return process will apply.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs for resending the package will be the customer’s responsibility.
